Security property check / inspection service

This service is also ideal for the non-rental property owner, who would like reassurance that their property is being looked after in between their own visits.  This will include a check internally and externally to ensure the property is totally secure, check for signs of damp and allow the property to have an airing.  This can be tailor made to meet your specific requirements.  

Call out service

We offer an emergency call-out service. This could also be used to meet tradesman or receive deliveries to the property in your absence.
